Always one to be outward thinking Jason is continually challenging recognized theories and working on patterns; but most importantly catching barra's!

Jason has been involved in The “Fishing DVD” and the four segments he has filmed with Starlo, Peter Morse and Shannon Watson have been ground breaking to say the least.

These segments have challenged recognised theories and tuned thousands of anglers in winter barra fishing, barra on fly, and barra caught when they “shouldn't be”.

A skilful tournament angler with ABT and AFC victories under his belt, Jason will pass on his valuable tournament winning experience and methods to ensure the learning curve continues throughout the day, and your chances of landing that mega sized Barra and client comfort remain the priority.

Jason has an easy going nature, a great sense of humour and a dedicated attitude to customer service. The clients needs are his number one priority.

With a strong background in saltwater barramundi and sportsfishing, his knowledge on the species is both highly regarded and respected, Jason is often found doing information nights for clubs, tackle stores and various outdoor shows.

Jason also contributes to national fishing magazines such as Freshwater Fishing, Barra Bass and Bream, The Fishing Monthly group and Fishing World. His articles are often ground breaking and very informative.

When Jason isn't on charter you can bet he'll be on the water searching new ground, refining techniques and staying focused so he remains in tune with the fishery, and in touch with its inhabitants.
